Returns Policy

At Sporty Bunny, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original, resalable condition

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or returned to the customer.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Clearance items

  • Items purchased with coupons

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Gift cards

If a discounted or promotional item is returned, it will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

All returns must be submitted through our online Returns Center - sportybunny

To request a return:

  1. Visit our Returns Center: Returns Center - sportybunny

  2. Enter your order number and email

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return

  4. Choose your preferred return option

  5. Follow the instructions provided

Once your return is registered, you will receive an email with next steps. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@sportybunny.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or full refund (including postage).


Exchanges

To request an exchange, select Exchange when registering your return.

We will:

  • Reserve stock when possible

  • Process your exchange within a few days of registration

If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer:

  • An alternative item

  • Store credit

  • A refund (if applicable)

You’re never left without options.


Processing Your Return

Once your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected within 7–10 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Or store credit is issued, depending on the return type selected

If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet our return conditions, the return will be denied.


Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require an additional 3 business days to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@sportybunny.com.

Gift card refunds cannot be converted back into cash.


Returns Outside the 30‑Day Period

If you cannot return your order within the 30‑day window, please contact our support team. We will review your situation and assist where possible.
