We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the customer notices the error before the order has been dispatched, we will update the address and correct it.

If the order has already been shipped, we will attempt to contact the delivery company on the customer’s behalf, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery or assume responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address.
